📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the filling and secondary packaging processes to ensure they run efficiently and meet quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.,Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workplace.,Manage inventory and ensure that materials are available when needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the cosmetics sector.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Fluency in English is a plus.
