📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of electrical power and energy projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and final deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the power and energy sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, construction, and commissioning processes.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
