📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across all construction sites.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Train employees on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and report any non-compliance issues.
• Investigate and document workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures.
• Maintain and update safety and environmental documentation, including permits, licenses, and compliance reports.
• Provide regular safety briefings and updates to all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and best practices.
