📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices in inventory control.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Bali's logistics landscape and understanding of local regulations is a plus.
