📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D CAD models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Generate precise toolpaths and CAM programs for CNC machines using CAMWorks.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into manufacturing instructions.
• Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CAD/CAM software and CNC machines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAMWorks.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machine tooling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
