- Evaluate and analyze residential mortgage loan applications for conventional and government-backed programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage underwriting or a related role.
- Certification in mortgage underwriting (e.g., NMLS, CUMLS, or state-specific license).
- Strong knowledge of residential mortgage lending regulations and guidelines.
- Proficiency in using loan processing software such as LoanPro, Ellie Mae, and DocMagic.
