🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Home Credit Loan Management System or similar software.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel within the Purwokerto area.
