📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and fit, and make hiring recommendations.
• Onboard new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training.
• Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Generate and distribute pay slips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and systems.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual payroll reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and payroll management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Familiarity with payroll software such as QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
