📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement event strategies that align with Pullman's luxury brand image.
• Oversee the planning and execution of weddings, conferences, galas, and product launches.
• Manage and coordinate with event planners, coordinators, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Collaborate with the hotel's management team to secure necessary resources and approvals for events.
• Ensure that all events are executed within budget and on schedule.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback to continuously improve event quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and corporate partners.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the events industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Director of Events or similar role in the luxury hospitality industry, with a strong track record of successful event management.
• In-depth knowledge of event planning and management, including budgeting, vendor management, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and corporate partners.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Certification in event management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
