In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our critical resources, including human capital, financial resources, and physical assets. You will develop and implement resource allocation strategies, monitor and evaluate resource utilization, and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our resource allocation aligns with our business objectives and strategic priorities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic resource allocation plans to optimize the use of critical resources, including human capital, financial resources, and physical assets.
• Monitor and evaluate resource utilization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for enhancing resource allocation and overall operational performance.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track resource allocation effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that resource allocation aligns with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting resource allocation trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in resource management and optimization.
• Lead and mentor a team of resource management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Resource Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in resource management, with a focus on critical resource allocation and optimization.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective resource allocation strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of resource management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
