📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily cash transactions accurately using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Handle cash and bank deposits, and maintain accurate records of all financial activities.
• Support the finance team in auditing and reviewing financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
