Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Develop user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve documentation,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Support marketing and sales teams with technical content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
