Aik Cheong Coffee Roaster Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Store Lead Barista to join our team. As a Store Lead Barista, you will be responsible for managing our coffee shop operations, ensuring high-quality coffee service, and fostering a positive customer experience. This is a full-time position based in one of our locations in Bali, Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of baristas to ensure smooth operations and high-quality coffee service.,Prepare and maintain high-quality coffee drinks according to company standards and customer preferences.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment and supplies.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain a positive customer experience.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, equipment, and supplies as needed.,Train and develop new baristas to ensure consistent service quality and company standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the coffee shop.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall management of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of baristas.,Strong understanding of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
