📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the service technicians in the field, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement service strategies and plans to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively.,Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular training and development programs for service technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management or technical support roles in the home appliances industry.,Strong technical knowledge and skills in major home appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with service management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
