Town Up Indonesia is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team in Cianjur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality of our dishes, and mentoring our junior chefs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage the kitchen inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle any food-related emergencies or issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
