Tanggung Jawab:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for the role.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to enhance their skills and performance.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure competitive advantage.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in managing the recruitment process.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and improve recruitment processes.Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, if applicable.Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
