PT Dwi Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and managing cashier operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Manage cashier operations, including handling cash and electronic payments.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in maintaining accurate sales records and inventory.,Promote products and services to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
