📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to meet customer demands.,Develop and implement menus, ensuring they align with customer preferences and healthcare regulations.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.,Manage inventory and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and efficient procurement.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive dining experience.,Ensure the restaurant meets financial targets, including revenue and cost control.,Promote the restaurant within the healthcare facility, enhancing its reputation and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management in a healthcare or similar setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Experience in inventory management and supplier relations.
