📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles
  • Ensure that all vehicles are in optimal condition to support operations
  • Work closely with the team of mechanics to ensure timely and efficient repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any potential issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
  • Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to junior mechanics as needed
  • Work with other departments to ensure that vehicles are available for service as needed

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role
  • Experience with a variety of vehicle types and makes
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments
