In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions for employees at all levels.,Implement and manage learning and development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the learning and development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
