📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental laboratory, ensuring efficiency and quality control.,Manage and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.,Ensure all dental products meet industry standards and regulations.,Coordinate with dentists and dental staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of dental products.,Maintain and update laboratory records and inventory systems.,Train new staff and conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvement areas.,Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to dental products.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting.,Proven leadership and management experience.,Strong knowledge of dental materials, equipment, and laboratory processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with dental software and inventory management systems.,Valid certification in dental laboratory technology is a plus.
