Gate Local Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.,Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build and strengthen client relationships.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.,Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.,Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
