📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to promote our products and services.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
