PT Mulya Pertiwi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for creating a memorable dining experience for our customers. This is a hybrid role, combining in-person and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
