📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Assisting in the preparation of audit reports and presenting findings to management.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and risks.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.,Knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
