📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and harvesters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues, using specialized tools and software such as CAT Caterpillar Service Information System (CSIS) and John Deere Service Information System (JSIS).
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts replaced, hours worked, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to coordinate equipment repairs and replacements.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the compliance of heavy equipment with safety and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics, including hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical components.
• Familiarity with specialized tools and software such as CAT Caterpillar Service Information System (CSIS) and John Deere Service Information System (JSIS).
• Valid certification as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments, including in the field and on-site.
