📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and availability of ingredients.,Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and address any issues related to food quality or service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences.,Knowledge of menu planning and cost control.
