📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach English classes to students of all levels, using our proprietary curriculum and teaching methods.
• Consult with members individually to understand their learning needs and provide personalized guidance.
• Manage branch operations, including scheduling classes, maintaining class records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
• Provide feedback to management on student progress, program effectiveness, and branch performance.
• Collaborate with other tutors and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and attendance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in English language education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an English language program.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
