📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Oversee the collection and payment of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.,Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
