📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, install, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the safety and efficiency of facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Work with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute facility upgrades and renovations.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve facility management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering or a similar role.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection systems (e.g., LEED AP, NC3, or equivalent).
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability practices is a plus.
