📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients post-sale.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
