📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including boba teas, milk teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for every customer.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stock and manage inventory, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are available and properly stored.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the store, including restocking and organizing products.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Promote and upsell products to customers, helping to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
