📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, pastries, and beverages, to ensure a delightful dining experience for guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and well-organized buffet area, ensuring that all food items are presented attractively and promptly.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that breakfast buffet items are prepared and served according to the hotel’s standards and guest preferences.
• Assist in managing inventory and ensuring that all food items are stocked and prepared in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and hygiene standards, to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
• Assist in training and supporting new team members, helping to maintain a high standard of service and hospitality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the breakfast buffet service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as food handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for food and hospitality.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong interest in the hospitality industry.
