Associate Engineer - Production & Manufacturing Environment

In this role, you’ll use industry-standard tools like SAP, PLM, and ERP systems to manage production schedules, track inventory, and analyze performance metrics. Your daily work will involve troubleshooting, process improvements, and collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and quality control teams to maintain high standards of efficiency and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders using SAP and PLM systems.
• Monitor and track inventory levels to optimize stock management and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP, PLM, or ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
