📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor stock levels and order additional inventory as needed.
• Resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is a must.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian.
