Pacific Telecom is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team in Jimbaran, Bali. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality care and is committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients.

In this role, you will work closely with our registered nurses and healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care. You will be responsible for assisting with patient care, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic medical procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting registered nurses with patient care

Monitoring and recording patient vital signs

Preparing and administering medications

Assisting with basic medical procedures

Providing emotional support to patients and their families

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Assisting with patient transportation and mobility

Participating in staff meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant nurse or similar healthcare role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR

Ability to lift and move patients as needed

Fluency in Indonesian language

Valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) or equivalent healthcare certification
