📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of Zen Luxury Complex, ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk personnel.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and maintenance.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the success of Zen Luxury Complex.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Guestline or Frontdesk.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices in Bali.
