You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and Excel. Additionally, you will support the logistics team in optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the logistics division, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights for business decision-making.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the logistics team in optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the logistics division.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to the business development team, including analyzing market trends and providing financial projections.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and finance to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a focus on logistics or a related industry.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and industry trends is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian language skills a strong asset.
